Professional Indemnity Cover

In exceptional circumstances where the clients may suffer damage in the event a claim pursuant to the manner in which we effect your instructions, we have taken steps to insulate our clients from suffering any loss and or damage arising there from, subject to the terms and conditions of the policy. The firm’s current policy for professional indemnity cover with Britam General Insurance Company (Kenya) Limited i.e. Policy Number 580/053/1/001638/2021/04 is in the sum of Kenya Shillings Twenty Million (Kshs. 20,000,000/=) which is renewable yearly and subject to variation of the limit. It covers professional negligence, loss of documents, libel, slander and dishonesty of employees and we always furnish our clients with a current cover.
