In this regard we advise our clientele on how to incorporate companies, registration of businesses, incorporation of local and foreign companies and business names. Furthermore, we advise on company compliance, licensing and other regulatory procedures including preparing and filing 5 board of directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions; attending to changes to Memoranda and Articles of Association, attending to change of shareholding of the Company, and company secretarial responsibilities.
